Marriage License

In the Marriage License Division of the Probate Office we:

• Issue Marriage License
• Perform Marriages
• Issue Marriage Certificates

Required Documents

• Driver License
• Birth Certificate
• Social Security Card
• Last Divorce Papers (if previously married)

Notice: Please come in before 3:30 PM. 

Both parents MUST sign for persons 16 or 17 Years Old.

Charges:

• $45.00 for Marriage License Only
• $63.00 for License if Ceremony is performed in Probate Office
