Business License

The Probate Judge issues both State and County business licenses.

County Business License

Business License renewal due October 1 with 15% penalty beginning December 1, add 5% for each month thereafter.

You may download a copy of the County Business License Application by clicking HERE.  The form will open in a separate window as a PDF file. The form can then be filled out on your computer, printed out and mailed to the Probate Office along with the applicable fees. Or it may be printed out and completed by hand before mailing.

These professions are exempt from
County Business License

• Attorneys
• Accountant
• Certified Public Accountants
• Osteopaths
• Chiropractors
• Dentist
• Practice of Medicine
• Veterinarians
• Oculists, Optometrists and Opticians
• Scientists, Naturpaths and Chiropodists
